A. Any person violating any portion of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and a separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
B. In addition to any other penalty authorized by this section, any person, partnership, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be required to restore the site to the condition existing prior to committing the violation, or bear the expense of such restoration.
