11-1-12: FEES:

   The building and zoning administrator shall charge a fee for any reviews necessary under this chapter in accordance with the following:

   A. For new developments: five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus any costs associated with review by a registered professional engineer under the employ or contract with the village to ensure compliance with sections 11-1-6 and 11-1-7 of this chapter.

   B. For construction of a building valued at more than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00): one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   C. For construction or reconstruction of a building valued at less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) and for any other development project that requires three (3) site inspections by the building and zoning administrator or his authorized agent: seventy five dollars ($75.00).

   D. For improvements made to an existing building or for installing a manufactured home on a permanent site and for any other development project: fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 1630, 4-12-1999)
