Any person violating any provision of this title shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and a separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1567, 1-26-1998)
