10-1-1: TITLE:

These regulations contained in this title shall be referred to officially as THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF MOKENA, ILLINOIS; and the term "regulations" or "subdivision regulations" when used in this title shall mean and shall have the force and effect of ordinance provisions of the village.
