8-4-7: EXEMPTIONS TO SMALL BUILDINGS:
Small buildings moved on motor trucks or trailers, such as garages, shall be exempt from the provisions of subsection 8-4-1D of this chapter relating to fees, but from no other section or provision hereof. (1969 Code, ch. 19, art. VII, § 9)
