8-4-5: INTERFERING STRUCTURES AND TREES:
   A.   If it appears to the building inspector that it may be necessary to cut, raise or replace any interfering structure in order to facilitate the movement of a building, the permit shall not be issued unless the applicant first files with the building inspector a receipt given to the applicant by the owner or other lawful custodian of the interfering structure for a deposit equal to the amount of actual expense involved in cutting, raising or replacing the same.    B.   No tree shall be cut or trimmed by the permittee without the prior written consent of the owner or other lawful custodian of such tree. (1969 Code, ch. 19, art. VII, § 8)
