The permit issued hereunder shall designate the route over which the applicant shall move any building to which this chapter applies. The route shall not be changed unless the permit is amended. Should part of such route be over a state highway, the permit shall not be issued unless such consents as may be required by the state division of highways are first obtained and exhibited to the building inspector.
