The Mokena Fire Protection District Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Adopting a Fire Prevention Code Prescribing Regulations Governing Conditions Hazardous to Life and Property From Fire Or Explosives, and Establishing a Bureau of Fire Prevention and Providing Officers Therefor and Defining Their Powers and Duties", as passed by the Board of Trustees of the Mokena Fire Protection District, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the Village Clerk and made a part hereof by this reference thereto, be and is hereby enacted in its entirety as an ordinance of the Village.
