7-4-26: COMMUNITY PROGRAM PRODUCTION FACILITIES:

A. The company shall provide the municipality free of charge access to its studio and production facilities and equipment currently located in Romeoville, Illinois, and New Lenox, Illinois.

B. The company shall provide free workshops to provide training in technical and conceptual skills required for community television production. (Ord. 1019, 11-25-1985)
