The company agrees to and shall furnish, without installation charge or monthly service fee, basic service connections to the village hall and one connection to all firehouses, public works buildings, and any other municipal buildings designated by the corporate authorities; to all library buildings; to all park district buildings; to all township buildings; and to all public and parochial elementary, secondary and college level schools located within the municipality.
