At or before the expiration of the term of the grant, the company shall be considered by the municipality for renewal of the grant or for a grant on new and different terms, conditions and provisions. Any renewal period shall be of reasonable duration, not to exceed fifteen (15) years, such renewal to be granted after a public proceeding affording due process. The municipality shall give due consideration to the company's performance during the term of the grant. (Ord. 1000, 4-8-1985)
