A. Unless the company provides a longer time, subscribers shall pay connection charges to the company on or before the tenth day of the month following the month in which the company made the particular connection.
B. Unless the company provides a longer time, subscribers shall pay monthly charges for system services on or before the first day of the month preceding the month in which the company provided the particular services. (Ord. 1000, 4-8-1985; amd. Ord. 1019, 11-25-1985)
