Commissioned Supervisory Rank Police Officers: Each commissioned police officer holding a nonexempt supervisory rank, as defined within the rules and regulations of the village of Mokena board of fire and police commissioners, shall be obligated to reside within a twenty five (25) mile radius of the location of the village police department presently located at 10907 W.
