There is hereby adopted certain rules and regulations of the board of fire and police commissioners for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations to govern the board of fire and police commissioners, including any and all amendments that may be enacted at a future date by the board of fire and police commissioners, the provisions thereof which shall be controlling in regard to the conduct of business of the board of fire and police commissioners of the village. Such rules shall be known and referred to as "rules of the board of fire and police commissioners, village of Mokena, county of Will, state of Illinois". (Ord. 1249, 6-10-1991)
