The planning commission shall meet at such time as it may determine, but not less than once a month. Special meetings may be called by the chairman or by any two (2) members of the commission. If a quorum is present at any special meeting, written notice thereof shall be waived.
A majority of the planning commission shall constitute a quorum, but no final action shall be taken on any measure before it except with the concurrence of a majority of the members. The chairman shall vote with the other members of the commission. (Ord. 684, 1-14-1974)
