There is hereby created a planning commission for the village, which shall consist of nine (9) members, to be appointed by the village president with the advice and consent of the board of trustees. Each appointed member shall serve for a term of three (3) years, commencing with his appointment, or until his successor is appointed; provided, however, that at least three (3) members shall be appointed or reappointed each year. Three (3) members shall serve for one year, three (3) members for two (2) years and three (3) members for three (3) years, with such terms to be arrived at by lot. (Ord. 1221, 11-19-1990)
