1-16-13: IMPACT ON EXISTING ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION SYSTEMS:
This chapter shall not affect the validity of systems of administrative adjudication that were authorized by state law, and/or the village of Mokena ordinances, and in existence prior to the effective date hereof. (Ord. 2009-O-029, 7-27-2009)
