§ 132.15 CURFEW.
   (A)   No person under the age of 18 years shall be abroad upon the streets or sidewalks of this municipality between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. local time, Sunday through Thursday, and between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. local time, Friday and Saturday, unless accompanied by his or her parent, guardian, or adult person having the legal care, custody and control of his or her person or accompanied by an adult person having the permission of one of the persons mentioned above or going directly to or from any lawful activity, entertainment or employment with knowledge and consent to the parent, guardian or adult person having the legal care, custody and control of his person.
   (B)   It shall be the legal duty of all parents, guardians, or other persons having the care, control, or custody of a minor child under the age of 18 years to keep such child off the streets or sidewalks of the village between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless such child is accompanied by such parent or guardian or other adult person having permission from such parent or guardian to accompany such child or unless such parent or guardian has consented to such child's going to or from any lawful activity, entertainment or employment. Any breach of the aforesaid duty shall constitute a violation of this section.
   (C)   No adult person shall be in the company of any child under the age of 18 years on the streets or sidewalks of the village between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless such adult person shall have the permission from the parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal custody and control of such child to be in the company of such child during such hours.
