Regular meetings of the Village Council shall be on the first and third Wednesdays of each month in the Council Chambers of the Mogadore Municipal buildings or as otherwise permitted by law. Each regular meeting as set forth in this chapter shall commence at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practical. In the event that any regular meeting conflicts with the celebration of a holiday, Council shall meet in regular session on a different date selected by a majority vote of Council for the same time and place.
