§ 112.07 BADGES AND HOURS.
   (A)   The Mayor shall issue to each licensee at the time of delivery of his license, a badge which shall contain the words “licensed solicitor”, the period for which the license is issued, and the number of the license, in letters and figures easily discernible from a distance of ten feet, and a picture of the licensee. Anyone being issued a license pursuant to this chapter shall, when engaged in the activities for which the license was issued, prominently and conspicuously display the identification badge. The wearing or display of the identification badge by anyone other than the individual to whom the license was issued shall be considered a violation of this chapter.
   (B)   Anyone licensed under this chapter shall only be permitted to engage in the activity for which the license was issued during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
