§ 112.06 EXCEPTIONS; WHEN LICENSE NOT REQUIRED.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any person who by state or federal law or constitutional provision has been exempted from obtaining such license; nor to any sale under order of court or at a bona fide auction; nor to any sale at wholesale to a retail dealer.
