No itinerant vendor, peddler, or solicitor shall engage in such business or above-described activities within the municipality without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with this chapter and Chapter 110. Any license granted under this chapter is subject to revocation or suspension pursuant to § 110.07, or for conducting the business or activities for which the license was issued in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or to constitute a menace to the health, safety, or general welfare of the public.
