§ 30.07 DUAL SIGNATURES REQUIRED ON ALL CHECKS.
   (A)   The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer shall sign all village checks.
   (B)   In the event the Mayor is unavailable, the President of Council shall sign checks with the Clerk- Treasurer.
   (C)   In the event both the Mayor and the President of Council are unavailable, the Chairman of the Finance Committee shall sign checks with the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (D)   All persons named in this section as qualified to sign checks shall be bonded.
   (E)   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to obtain, at village expense, sufficient bonding for those persons authorized to sign checks.
