The applicant shall send a letter of intent to all occupants, residents, business, and other entities that will be impacted by the special event as designated by village personnel at least 30 days prior to the special event. The letter will advise the selected persons and entities of the special event and the potential impact on them or their properties along with any other information required by the village. The letter of intent will need to be approved by the Mayor before sending.
