§ 50.09 GARBAGE COLLECTION PERMIT.

No person shall engage in the business of collecting or removing recyclables, garbage, animal or vegetable refuse, ashes, rubbish, trash or waste materials of any kind within the village and upon its streets without obtaining a permit to do so and complying with requirements of this chapter.
