§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 93.55 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and may be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 60 days or fined not more than $500, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation of any of the provisions of § 93.55 occurs or continues. (Ord. 63-1991, passed 11-20-91)
   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of § 93.63 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 27-1992, passed 5-6-92)
   (D)   Whoever fails to comply with the corrective actions set forth in § 93.26 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and may be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 60 days or fined not more than $500, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation of § 93.26 continues beyond the completion date of the repairs or other corrective action as specified. Any fine imposed by a court of competent jurisdiction as a result of a violation of § 93.26 shall become a lien on the property which may be enforced in the Court of Common Pleas.
