§ 38.10 DISPOSAL OF VILLAGE REAL PROPERTY WITHOUT BIDDING.

The Village Council may establish by resolution that real property owned by the village be purchased or sold with or without advertising for sale or soliciting bids if the Village Council finds that buying or selling such property without competitive bidding is in the best interests of the village and its citizens.
