(A) To provide funds for the purposes of general municipal operations, maintenance, new equipment, extension and enlargement of municipal services and facilities and capital improvements of this municipality.
(B) There shall be, and is hereby levied an annual tax for the purposes specified above on and after July 1, 2019, at the rate of 2.5% per annum and continue until such time as the electors of the village vote to amend said rate.
