Any person aggrieved by any order, requirement, determination, or any other action or inaction by the village in relation to this chapter may appeal by arranging an on-site meeting with the Village Engineer and a representative of the Ohio EPA. If the Ohio EPA representative indicates that the site is in full compliance with the state's requirements for erosion and sediment control and post-construction water quality, the Village Engineer will consider the minimum standards for erosion and sediment control and post-construction water quality as being met.
