(A) All development areas will be subject to inspections by a representative of the village to ensure compliance with the approved SWP3.
(B) After each inspection the inspector may prepare and distribute a status report to the applicant.
(C) If an inspection determines that operations are being conducted in violation of the approved SWP3, the village may take action as detailed in § 153.13.
