§ 153.05 REGULATED ACTIVITIES.

This chapter requires that a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) and a Storm Water Management Plan (SWM Plan) be developed and implemented for all parcels of one acre or more and on which any regulated activity of § 153.01(C) is proposed. For parcels less than one acre in size an SWP3 or SWM Plan may not be required; however the owner shall comply with all other provisions of this chapter.
