§ 38.03 GENERAL FUNDS PROVIDED FOR REFRESHMENTS AT PUBLIC RECEPTIONS.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to expend from the General Fund, annually, a sum of money not to exceed, in the aggregate, $800 for the purchase of coffee, soft drinks, beverages, cookies, cakes, and the like to be served and consumed at public receptions.
