§ 38.02 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
   Smoking shall be prohibited in the Council chambers of the municipal building during any and all Council meetings of the village. Such meetings shall include Council meetings, special Council meetings, Committee meetings, and work sessions of the Council.
