§ 151.078 SEWER AND WATER FACILITIES.
   (A)   Adequate central sanitary sewer, including man holes, house laterals, and other incidentals, and water supply systems, shall be provided by the subdivider, either by the installation of new systems or by connection to existing systems which are deemed adequate by the Village Engineer to handle the additional demands and volume which will result from the proposed subdivision. The subdivider, prior to the submission of said plat for approval by the Planning Commission, must receive the prior written approval for the extension or installation of said central water system and central sanitary sewer system from the Village Engineer, the Summit County Sanitary Engineer and the City of Akron Water Department.
   (B)   Sewer joints shall be designed to minimize infiltration and to prevent the entrance of roots. The leakage outward or the infiltration should not exceed the latest Summit County and EPA limits.
