(A) Where an inspection or other service is required, the person(s) requiring the inspection or other service shall pay to the village a fee for such services. Reference the Village Permits and Approvals Fee Schedule for details of the required fees.
(B) Prior to commencement of the services, the person(s) requiring the inspection or other service shall deposit with the village a retainer equal to that shown in the Village Permits and Approvals Fee Schedule. The village shall receive payment for the services from this retainer. Should the retainer become exhausted, then an additional retainer, as determined by the Village Engineer, shall be provided.
