(A) No person shall commence, complete or substantially complete the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, location, maintenance, removal or demolition of residential or commercial structures without first obtaining a license and/or registering with the County of Summit as provided in the County of Summit Building Code.
(B) Any contract made or bid submitted by any person not licensed and/or registered by the County of Summit as required herein shall be null and void and no action may be maintained and no compensation or other consideration shall be paid thereon.
(C) Any exception to the licensing/registration requirements set forth in the County of Summit Building Code are fully adopted and incorporated herein.
