11-2-7: REPLATS:
   A.   Major Subdivisions:
      1.   A replat of a major subdivision will be permitted without the requirement of compliance with the three (3) stage approval process provided for in respect to major subdivisions where:
         a.   The perimeter of the tract being replatted shall not be altered by the replat.
         b.   Either the grades shall not be changed from the drainage plan which was submitted and approved with the original plat or, if the grades are going to be changed, then a drainage plan shall be submitted and approved for the subdivision.
         c.   The replat shall not significantly change any plans that have been prepared for the placement of utilities in the subdivision. If the resubdivision meets these stipulations, the replat may be submitted as a plat, provided the previous lines are shown.
      2.   All replats which do not satisfy the above criteria which do not qualify as a minor subdivision shall follow the approval procedure as required for a new major subdivision.
   B.   Minor Subdivisions: Minor subdivisions by replatting shall follow such procedure as the director of public works shall establish by policy. (2005 Code)
