11-2-5: FINAL PLANS AND PLAT:
   A.   Submission Of Final Plans: Following the approval of the preliminary plan, if the developer elects to proceed with the subdivision, he shall submit four (4) copies of the utility, drainage, grading and, if required, erosion control plan, each prepared to the specifications of the director of public works and planning and zoning commission made subsequent to the preliminary review process, to the director of public works fifteen (15) days prior to the planning and zoning commission meeting at which consideration is requested for plat approval. Additionally, the final plans shall include final utility plans which shall show:
      1.   The final sewer system layout showing the direction of flow, the manhole locations and their approximate depth to scale as approved by the director of public works.
      2.   The final water system layout showing the location of existing water lines and the proposed pipe sizes as approved by the director of public works.
   B.   Submission Of Final Plat: The final plat shall be drawn on one or more sheets whose dimensions and material are as required by state law 1 . One original of the final plat, together with ten (10) legible copies thereof, shall be submitted to the director of public works not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the planning and zoning commission meeting at which consideration is requested for plat approval. In addition to any other information, certifications and/or depictions required by state law, the final plat shall show and depict all of the information as specified in respect to the preliminary plat, together with the certifications of approval for the endorsement by the planning and zoning commission and the city council.
