Notwithstanding subsection 7-4-3G of this title, no vehicle shall remain parked in any one location on any street or Municipally owned parking lot within the City for a longer period of time than twelve (12) hours whenever snowfall accumulation of more than two inches (2") occurs or during such time as a snow removal emergency is in effect. A vehicle shall be deemed to be parked in one location for longer than twelve (12) hours under this section unless such vehicle is removed within twelve (12) hours from the street or is moved within twelve (12) hours to a street which has been cleared of snow back to the curb, in accordance with the parking restrictions provided in subsection 7-6-3B2 of this chapter.
