Every license issued pursuant to this chapter must remain in continuous, active use. A license that is not being actively used for a period of more than fourteen (14) consecutive days or for sixty (60) cumulative days per year may be deemed inactive by the city finance officer. Active use includes times where the licensee is open and available to conduct business but such business cannot occur due to factors outside of the control of the licensee. However, days where the license is suspended by the city shall not be used for purposes of calculating inactivity. (Ord. O2021-07, 6-2-2021)
