A special municipal election may be held upon notice of such election being prepared and published by the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer, except as otherwise provided by law, not less than five days, nor more than ten days prior to any special election. Such elections shall be conducted in accordance with the municipal election code, Neb. RS 19-3001 et seq.
