§ 32.08 PANHANDLE RESOURCE COUNCIL.
   The city is hereby authorized to join with any incorporated villages or cities, counties and natural resources districts that are eligible and may wish to participate in the creation of the Panhandle Resource Council through the execution of an intergovernmental agreement.
