The Cemetery Board created for the city is hereby dissolved. All duties and responsibilities of the Cemetery Board shall now be the duty and responsibility of the City Council. All regulations and policies established by the Cemetery Board are hereby adopted by the City Council. Regulations concerning operation of the Cemetery Board may be adopted and modified by resolution of the City Council. All funds maintained in the Cemetery Board account shall continue to be segregated and maintained in a separate fund of the city.
