In order to accommodate the anticipated long range future growth, the comprehensive development plan for the city, as prepared by the governing body and the Planning Commission, in its revised format, is hereby adopted. Three copies of the adopted plan shall be kept on file with the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
