§ 135.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of § 135.03, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.

   (C)   A person who violates § 135.04(B) shall be punished by paying a fine of no more than $250 for any one violation.
