(A) Inhaling, drinking, internal use, prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to breathe, inhale, drink or in any manner use internally any toluol, hexane, trichloroethylene, acetone, toluene, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, trichloroethane, isopropanol, methyl isobutyl ketone, methyl cellosolve acetate, cyclohexanone, any compound, substance or liquid (including, but not limited to, glue, paint, cement or adhesive) containing any of such chemicals, or any solvent having the property of releasing toxic vapors or fumes, for the purpose of inducing a condition of intoxication inebriation, stupefaction, depression, giddiness, exhilaration, paralysis or irrational behavior, or in any manner changing, distorting or disturbing the auditory, visual or mental process or in any way dulling the brain or nervous system.

(B) Aiding, counseling, furnishing, restricted. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to aid or counsel, or furnish to, another to use for any purpose prohibited by division (A) above any chemical or any compound, substance or liquid containing any chemical described in division (A) above.

(C) Sale restricted. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any chemical, or any compound, substance or liquid containing any chemical described in division (A) above for the purpose of use to breathe, inhale, drink or in any manner use internally.

(D) Exceptions; physicians and surgeons. Anything in divisions (A), (B) and (C) above to the contrary notwithstanding, the prohibitions and restrictions contained in such sections shall not apply to the use, the aiding or counseling in the use, or the furnishing or sale for use, of chemicals, or the chemicals described in division (A) above, to the extent they are prescribed by a medical doctor or individual under the supervision and direction of a medical doctor.
