§ 131.01 PROVOKING ASSAULT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons within the municipality to intentionally provoke or attempt to provoke an assault upon himself or herself, or another, by the uttering of insulting words, cursing and swearing, or to use slander against any other person.
