§ 94.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AGGRIEVED PERSON. A bona fide resident of the city, including persons who have accepted employment in the city and students admitted to educational programs in the city, who is acting in good faith in his or her attempt to provide himself or herself, and/or his or her family, with housing in the city. When the Fair Housing Commission finds a person has acted in bad faith, the person cannot invoke the provisions of this chapter in any subsequent proceeding.
   DISCRIMINATE. To make distinctions in treatment.
   PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership or corporation.
