§ 92.31 LIMITATION ON NUMBERS WITHIN CITY LIMITS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any residence or premises within the city limits to own, keep or harbor more than three dogs and/or cats who are over the age of six months.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall alter or modify the provisions of the city code concerning kennels, except that no kennels shall be allowed within the city limits. To the extent that the owner/occupant of a premises within the zoning jurisdiction of the city complies with zoning restrictions concerning a kennel, this section shall remain in full force and effect.
