SCHEDULE VIII. USE OF ROLLER DEVICES.

   (A)   No person shall operate skates or a skateboard on a public sidewalk or city owned or operated parking lot or street situated in the following areas.

Denver Avenue	As set forth in § 70.99
One-half block east and west of Center Avenue between the railroad tracks on the south and Broadway Street on the north*	As set forth in § 70.99
*Except at the Center Avenue Broadway intersection where use on the sidewalk is allowed.

 

   (B)   No person shall operate skates or a skateboard on the following city owned street situated in whole or in part within the following areas.

 

Location	Penalty
Highway 26, also known as Broadway, within the city limits	As set forth in § 70.99
19th Avenue within the city limits.	As set forth in § 70.99
